Ethical sourcing is not for the feint hearted. It means taking responsibility for the stability and sustainability of the entire sourcing chain, acting with respect for everyone involved in bringing our products to market.

3Fish prides itself on working with supply partners who treat their employees with respect, pay them a fair price for their labour, provide safe and hygienic working conditions and are in no way involved with child labour.

The 3Fish Code of Conduct, based on international standards, outlines the minimum standards we expect from companies we deal with.

The 3Fish Auditing Process is an ongoing process that we initiated in June 2008. The auditing process is continuous and unyielding, ensuring our goal of an entirely ethically sourced product range is maintained.

3Fish has engaged Intertek Services for the assessment of ethical sourcing within its supply chain.

Intertek is a global leader in the area of monitoring Social Compliance, and has a global network of over 21,000 people in 110 countries around the world.

Intertek provides Social Compliance Monitoring, which monitors manufacturers, including the carrying out of on-site audit, to help ensure that work practices and factory conditions are legal, humane and ethical, and that no enforced or child labour is used.
